{Ordinary Joys} Using the "Here & Now" Creative Components Kit

 

Hello, and welcome back to the {Not} Just for Boys blog! I absolutely LOVE the "Here & Now" Creative Components Kit, especially the pops of orange. I also picked up the coordinating 12x12 paper pack, available in the shop. 

I wanted to create a fun border along the left side of my layout, so I used a circle punch to punch circles from the coordinating paper. Then, I cut each circle in half using my paper trimmer and adhered the half circles to white circles, also from the same circle punch. 

All the pieces in this kit work so well together! I layered chipboard pieces over a die cut, then added an acrylic star, sequins, and stickers around the frame. The stamped image is from my stash. 

The cute plus signs are wood pieces, also part of the "Ordinary Joys" collection.
