{Key Largo} Using the "Maritime Memories" Creative Components Kit

 

Hi, friends! Today, I'm sharing a layout using the gorgeous new "Maritime Memories" Creative Components Kit. I love the color combination and embellishments in this kit! The laser cuts are detailed and add a beautiful, whimsical touch to my layout. 

I started out with a plain white piece of cardstock then used the rub-ons to add texture to my layout. Once the rub-ons were in place, I added my photos on top. 

The doily elements are so fun! I used glossy accents to adhere the acrylic seahorse to my layout. The blue color of the acrylic is gorgeous! For this layout, I focused on photos of animals... a picture in front of the giant lobster, a lobster we cooked and ate for dinner, and a cute little crab my husband found while we were wading in the ocean. 

I found matching enamel dots in my stash and added those to the embellishment clusters. I also used glossy accents to adhere a couple of the metal charms to my layout.
