{Found Treasure} Using the Maritime Memories Creative Components Kit

 Hi friends, Lacey here with another fun page using "Maritime Memories" Creative Components Kit and tons from my stash. 

I created this one LIVE over in the Facebook group. You can hop over there to watch the replay. I started with white cardstock base and added some mixed media using shades of blue. 

I have fun when creating backgrounds but I also have a tendency to cover them up too much! After the inks I used some of the rub-ons from the kit to scatter about and add more distress to the look. 

These rub-ons are so seamless they blend so well with the inks already on the page. The main focal point on the page was built around the "Seashell Border" Cardstock Cut. I added some color to it and then popped it up with dimensional foam to allow lots of tucking in and around the piece. 

I layered some circles I cut from patterned paper from a previous kit and also several of the laser cut elements in the kit. I even punched some hole reinforcers and added them in. 

For my title I used the alphabet that was included in the "Wild Things Club" Creative Components Kit. The blue matched perfectly.
