{Vegas Getaway} Using the Sunny Escapes Limitless Kit

Happy Saturday scrappy friends! Today I am back to share another page I created using the "Sunny Escapes" Limitless Kit. We still have a few of these in the shop so hop on over and snag one quick!

I used lots of mixed media on a white cardstock background with a stencil and some "Distress Oxide Ink" in Speckled Egg to add color and texture across the background. I decided to use a second stencil that had vacation/travel words on it and the same color of ink to add another layer of texture.

I loved all the tags from the Photoplay paper so I wanted to use them as a design element on my page. and cut them apart and tucked them at the top and the bottom. I used the blue trim to finish off the tags with my Tiny attacher.  

I created two banner strips out of orange distressed cardstock and trimmed them with scalloped scissors and layered them behind the large photo mats. I love the bright pop of color it brings your eye right back to the center of the page. 

For embellishments I used lots of pieces from the ephemera pack and a few of the foam titles. I went with a main title that I mixed with the alpha stickers and foam words followed by a subtitle that was also a foam title. 

To finish it off I added lots of watered down white acrylic paint for splatters as an additional layer. I love doing this on top of all the bright colors!
