{Very First Job} Using the Gumballs & Swizzle Sticks Limitless Kit
Happy Memorial Day scrappy friends! I hope you are spending the day relaxing and making all the memories for future scrappy pages! Today I am back with another page using the "Gumballs & Swizzle Sticks" Limitless Kit".
I just adore the primary colors of this kit. This go round I used it to document my daughter accepting her very first job as a teen. Because it was a restaurant I used all the vintage diner pieces and it was perfect.
I started with white cardstock as my base and then used the stencil from the kit to add some "Distress Oxide Inks" in matching colors down the page just lightly to give it some color.
I then layered some of the patterned papers right down the center of the page with torn edges to give it some added texture.
I added a ton of bits and pieces of paper that I cut from the patterned papers and ephemera pack all around the page. lifting some up on foam for even more dimension.
For the title I used the alphabet in the kit and it just pops in the bold red color! To also embellish further I used the "Gumballs & Swizzle Sticks Arrow Trio". They were the perfect added touch to the page and match the papers perfectly. I finished the page by adding a few of the tiny stars from the sticker sheet and the date stamp.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope I have inspired you in some way!
