{The Funny Lego Story} Using the “Gumballs & Swizzle Sticks” Limitless & Essentials Kits

Hey there my scrappy "happy" friends!  It's so great to chat with you all again! I'm excited to share this single page lay-out with you! It captures the story of me playing Legos with my granddaughter! The good news? My granddaughter and I are still the best of friends, even though I broke her Lego house into a Gazillion pieces lol!

Below is the page I'll be designing for you in my latest You Tube video ...using the fun and colorful Gumballs & Swizzle Sticks kit! Here's the LINK for the kits!

I love this little cluster I created of circles! I pinched up the sides with my nails, and added dimensionals to two of them to add depth to the cluster!

I thought adding a shaker card would be the perfect touch for the page! I wanted to capture the moment of all those Legos pieces on the floor...  after I dropped her Lego house! Oh Geesh gramma!

For the base of the page, I fussy cut along the edge of the 12x12 circle cardstock, to create a border along the left side of the page. Then I fussy cut some individual circles and added some dimensionals on the back to add depth! I finished it off by pinching along the edges!

You can join me on my You Tube channel as I create this page for you, sharing tips and tricks along the way!  Here's the LINK if you'd like to check it out!  Don't worry ...the story has a good ending and it's soooooo very funny!

As always, it was great spending time with you today! I hope I have inspired you in some way! Please follow along on our NJFB FACEBOOK page and share your projects using the following hashtags: #njfb #notjustforboyskitclub #Gumballs&Swizzlesticks (or whatever kit you are using!)

We always LOVE to see what YOU create!

Till next time my scrappy "happy" friends ... have an incredible day, and be Blessed!

Hugs, Laura

Oh… and don't forget to come say "Hi" on Instagram LINK too, while you're out and about in Cyber world!  I post even more still shots!
