"Rustic Whispers" Using the Melodies & Memories Kit

Hey there my scrappy "happy" friends!  Oh my gosh! Don't you just love serendipitous moments? One happened to me the other day and I designed an entire scrapbook spread around it using the Melodies & Memories" kits lol!

Below is the page I'll be designing for you in my latest You Tube video series, and here's the LINK for the "Melodies & Memories" kits, if you want to check them out! 

In the "Essentials pack" is a 6x8 paper pack that has a sheet of old film strips! I thought it was perfect to use for the first part of my title! What do you think? And of course I had to fussy cut another one of those terrific art pieces of a photographer, since my double page spread is all about photo shots of rusty ole' trucks lol!

What's the story you ask? Well I was on my way to buy some of Paul's famous Pot pies, when I spied these beautiful old rusty trucks, tractors and wagon wheels landscaped by the side of the road!  The moment grabbed me and I pulled the car over and started snapping photos!

I love the "Charcoal laser elements" that came in the "Limitless Kit" they had the perfect tags to add to my second page!

In the photo above you can see a sneak peek of the second page! I loved everything in the "Limitless & Essentials" kits this month! From my stash I pulled out the "Walnut Stain" distressed ink to create some back ground for the second page! 

I can't wait for you to watch this video! I create the first page for you live, and then share a FUN-REVEAL during the second half, showing the already completed second page.  I go over techniques and steps as I talk about the second page ... and... of course ...tell the story!
