{noel} Using the "Good Cheer" Page Kit
Happy Sunday y'all, Lacey here with another Christmas layout to get you in the holiday spirit! I used the "Good Cheer" paig kit and the "Noel" cardstock cut. I also had a few bit left from my "Tis the Season" Essentials kit.
I started by using the red cardstock to create my background. I splattered the shimmers paint along with some white acrylic paint all over it. I used lots of paper layers from the ephemera packs within both the kits. I even used the vellum bag that the "Tis the Season" trim came in!
Those gold "Puffy Fabric Stars" are just amazing! They add the perfect golden touch to this page. I'm so glad I didn't skip out on adding them to my cart!
I backed my "Noel" cardstock cut with the striped paper from the kit, but I cut it out of the center of the page so that I could use the outside edge to make that fancy little folded corner. It's one of my favorite ways to stretch a sheet of paper. So go ahead and gut that paper! Nobody will know the difference.
Lastly, I made a cute little folded corner at the top of my page and tucked in a bit of ephemera. before using my tiny attacher to hold it in place I decided to stitch around the page in white.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope I have inspired you to create in some way!
