{SRSLY?} Using the "Seriously!?!" Page Kit

Hello! This is Jennifer sharing my first layout of the month of April. I choose to use the "Seriously!?!" Page Kit. This is an 8 1/2x11 layout design. 

When starting a layout I choose photos first, a title and then decide what papers to use. This title cutfile included in this kit helped with that. I decided to add to it with a cute caption I keep seeing trend online. I used left over P13 alphas from another {Not} Just For Boys Kit Club page kit.

I choose to use acrylic paint and Shimmerz paints on the cutfile. I did the packaging technique on the cutfile in navy. Then after it dried I painted over it with Shimmerz paints in a silver color.

Using the Facebook group challenge I had to choose 3 squares across to use on my layout. I choose the top row since I knew I wanted to use the cutfile. I tore papers for the distressing technique plus used ink on the edges. 

For my final touches. I added in the wood stars. I am cheating a little and calling them buttons since I didn't have buttons in the kit. I stamped all different colors of stars, red, blue and black.
