{Flamingos} Using the "Tropical Vibes" Page Kit

Hello!! Jennifer here sharing my first layout of month. I choose to use the "Tropical Vibes" Page Kit for a few zoo photos of the flamingos.  It occurred to me that zoo collections don't include flamingos. So since I didn't really have any tropical photos I decided I was going to use these cute flamingos on a zoo layout. My goal this year is to use up kits and not put them in my stash.

Leaves are one of my favorite things to use on layouts. So I fussy cut this whole sheet of leaves and the flamingos. The birds and a few of the left over leaves will be used on an additional layout later in the month. 

I used the stamps included in the kit to make he frame around the pic with my son. I matted the photos in the white and lime green paper. Stamped the leaf frame multiple times to make the frame large enough. 

The leaves, flamingos and flowers that I fussy cut are all on different layers. Some are tucked in, some flat on the background, some up on foam. To bring in the stamped leaves again I stamped them on the background paper right behind the top photo. My title was added with the thickers included in the kit. This was such a fun layout to create. I used the flat back pearls for my finishing touches.
