{JERAMIAH} using the "Handsome" Page Kit

Happy New Year!! Sharing my first layout of the new year using the "Handsome" Page Kit. This is a 11x8 1/2 landscape design layout.

 

This is my oldest son. He will be 24 next month. It's crazy to think he is currently the age I was when he was born. He doesn't let me take too many photos of him anymore. This photo was just because I liked the way the sun was shining on his hair. He doesn't have red hair but he does have some really nice natural highlights. 

I started with my favorite paper, the 49&Market paper. I used the stamps to add a few stars and some grunge to the background white area behind the photos. I fussy cut the negative frame from P13. I also fussy cut butterflies and moths from the Vicki Boutin paper. 

I used acrylic paint to stamp the stars and to put a black edge around the whole layout. I stamped the swatch of paint then cut it out, and added the date stamp from my stash. 

This acrylic piece is from the shop. I guess it could serve as the title but so can his name. I did lots of splatters in black acrylic paint and two different nuvo sprays. I added flat back pearls for my final details.
