{Fort Building Magic} Using the May 2021 "Vibrant" Premium kit

Hi Friends, I love how vibrant this kit is this month. I thought the colors would work well with these fort building photos that I had. This happened during quarantine this past year. As a design team member we thought it would be fun to choose one of our members and scrap lift a layout that was posted on the NJFB Facebook community page. I chose to scrap lift this layout that Jen Miller posted back in February 2021.

<-----Jen Miller's Layout

I chose to use the bright blue Amy Tan paper that is included in the Vibrant Premium Kit. I decided to use that teal and white paper and tore the edge down the middle to create my background. I used the animal print pattern and the Pink fresh studio red/white/pink paper to create a double mat for my photos.
Using the Love Card from the 3x4 cut apart sheet and that teal lightning paper I layered those two under my photo mat and added the Best of Times die cut from Pretty Little Studio- Document Life cuts from the kit. I thought that this side of the layout could use a little more color so I added that red star and a few enamel dots from my stash.
I thought I would pull the stamp set out of the kit and add some of the circle clusters using a smoke gray distress oxide ink. I also used the Tuxedo and Tiaras' Thickers from the al la cart shop.

For this last corner of my layout I used the grid side of one of the exclusive NJFB reusable packaging to journal on. I also added that Wild Child sticker from the Amy Tan foil stickers including in the kit. To tie it all off I ended up using a few nuvo drops in Liquid Mercury and white along with a few sequins mixed in.

That wraps up my last layout for the month of May with this awesome kit.  Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at the "Vibrant" Premium Kit this month.

We would love to see what you are creating with this amazing kit. You can post on our Not Just For Boys Kit Club Community Facebook Page or on Instagram, be sure to tag us @notjustforboyskitclub.
