{REMEMBER} using the "Renewed" Premium Kit

Hello!!! Jennifer here, sharing my third layout for January using the "Renewed" Premium Kit. This is 8 1/2 x 11 layout design.

I have enjoyed each layout I have made this month using this kit. But this one is my favorite by far. I knew I wanted to use the birch white patterned paper and stamps. I remembered I had these photos of my son. I  left an open spot to journal on the bottom later. This was the first time I took him into a store since the pandemic started. It was after all stores started reopening in June. He was not impressed with me taking photos but as a scrapbooker I knew I needed a photo. We haven't taken very many "mask" photos but this one was an exception.

I used distress oxide and the kissing technique to add the blues and green to the background. The darker blue is the Heidi Swapp color shine in navy included in he kit. I used another Heidi Swapp color songs in white from a past kit to splash around once the oxide was dry that's the extra shine you see in the photos.

I used stamps from this kit and a passed kit that also included hexagons. I used metal dies to cut the black hexagons. Sequins from the shop two different sets.

I matted my photos in the Bo Bunny black pattern paper and the close up in the gold Maggie Holmes paper. It's also up on playfoam. For my title it's from a past kit and so are the blue letters. The black and white letters are from this kit. I don't do mix media very often cause I love pattern papers but this one I love the way it turned and I hope you do too.
