{Music Speaks} using the “Crescendo” Deluxe Theme Kit
Hello my friends! I’m here to share my last layout of the month with you using my “Crescendo” Deluxe Theme Kit . I had one more photo that was just perfect for this kit.
I knew I wanted to use the cardstock cut of the piano keys (an add on to this kit) with this, so the first thing I did was back it with the sheet music paper. Then I just kind of laid everything out where I wanted it and started cutting a couple layers of paper to back my photo.
After I finished layering my paper and photos, I had to use this treble clef (also an add on). I am in love with all the acrylic pieces the {Not} Just for Boys store is offering lately.
I wanted a longer title, so I used some small brown letters from my stash along with the Storyline Chipboard Thickers, which I painted. I mixed up some acrylic paint to match the splatters that are on my background paper.
I cut a banner out of one of the patterned papers and used one of the chipboard banners on the top of my page. I layered them and added a piece of the black music note trim. I finished it off with some of the grey mist Nuvo Jewel Drops. They are my new favorite.
I was thinking that my layout was missing something, so I added the “made of awesome” piece from the ephemera pack just above my title. It sounds like something my daughter’s friend (with her in the picture) would say. Thanks for coming to take a look at my layout! As always, you can find all my work on Instagram. If you are creating with a {Not} Just for Boys Kit this month, please share your work with us on Facebook. We all love seeing your layouts.
See you next month!
