{Making Moments Matter @ Ben & Jerry's } using the January 2021 'Renewed" Premium Kit

Hello craft friends, can you believe that we are almost half way though January? I have had these photos sitting out on my desk. Our family decided to make a last minute decision and take a quick trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. I had never been and Mason and Ryan were dying to go to the Wizarding world of Harry Potter. We had gone to have dinner on the second night we were there on the City Walk. On our way back to the park we stopped at Ben & Jerry's for some dessert. Ryan and Mason had never eaten from the actual store. 

I started off on a white piece of cardstock and placed my four photos on the right hand side of the page. I used the red Bo Bunny paper and the Ella & Viv graffiti paper as two blocks between my photos.

 

I added two vertical strips of the wood grain and the graffitti papers to give it a little bit of a finished look next to the photos. 

I used the exclusive NJFB "Renew" stamp set and stamped that hidden hexagon under "Today is a good day" tag. I added a little of black soot distressing ink to that tag to make the letters stand out. I added just a piece of twine I had on my desk, a few white nuvo drops and a Blue NJFB button. 

I stamped another one of the hexagons under the "Life is a grand adventure" embellishment piece from the echo park embellishment pack included in the kit. I also decided to add  a few drops of the Navy Heidi Swapp Color Shine to this square. 

For my title I used the Heidi Swapp Color magic resist letters and the Navy Color Shine. I did go over these letters a few time with the mist so that they would be a little bit darker. For the ampersand I took my Stazon ink pad and gave it a little bit of texture by stamping with one of the textures of the hexagons. The gold thickers are that Garden Grove foil foam thickers that you can find in the a la carte section of the store.  To finish off the layout I added a black pen border around the outside of the layout.
