{Zombie Mud Run} Using the September 2020 "Vivid" Premium Kit

Hi Friends, Stace here!  I am here with my first layout using the September "Vivid" Premium Kit. I love that this kit definitely has the fall vibes going on. My family and some of our friends participated in mud run zombie style.  

I knew I had way too many photos to do a single layout for this adventure we went on. I started out with my main background. Using two pieces of Kraft cardstock from my stash. I then ended up working on the background and cutting 3 of the pattern papers from the kit to stretch across the layout. 

Using grey cardstock,  I matted my photos and placed them on top of the amazing patterned papers from the kit. 

I knew that I needed to add a horizontal strip so I used the wood grain paper from the kit and a few pieces of washi from my stash. Using the Vivid stamp set, I stamped "Live life in full color" just to give a little bit of wording. It was perfect, since there wasn't any journaling on this page of the layout. 

The embellishments in this kit are amazing. This "Good Things Take Time" banner came from the Amy Tan-"Late Afternoon" Ephemera Pack along with the leaves around the page. I just added a button and a few of the flat back pearls. 

For my title I used the Crete Paper "Magical Forest" Puffy Alpha Copper Foil Stickers and added the white thickers from my stash.

Finishing off my layout, I added the horizontal line across the top left corner to ground a few more of the embellishments from the Amy Tan-"Late Afternoon" Ephemera Pack. 

This layout came together pretty quickly once I got my background of layers done. That wraps up my layout for today. Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at the "Vivid" Premium Kit this month.
