{ A Yosemite Grand Adventure } Using the “Sunny Escapes” Limitless & Essentials Kits

 

Hey there my scrappy "happy" friends!  It's so great to chat with you all again! I'm excited to share this double page lay-out with you! It captures the story of our kids and their friends going on a trip together to hike in Yosemite National Park!  The photos they sent us during their trip were so full of bold adventure I just had to capture it in a scrapbook spread!

We got some fabulous titles in the ephemera kits this time and I used them through-out the double page spread to tell the story!

In this photo below.. it was a big mistake with  a creative fix.. that led to this fun "grunge look" behind the photo! lol! I was trying to pull the photo up and reposition it and I muddled everything badly..  then I thought... "Oh WAIT this looks kinda cool" lol!  ...so I continued roughing up the paper and did it on the other photo mat too!

I love all the clusters I created for this lay-out.  Can't pick a favorite! I think the bows in that beautiful Saphire blue really make the clusters pop! The flying air balloon just yells "adventure!
