{WILD CARDS} Using the "Wild" Premium Kit

Hello NJFB community!  My first project with the "Wild" Premium Kit is this set of cards, with just enough time for Valentine's Day.  They are perfect for your partner or your best gal or guy pal, and each one is a slim line card with a different technique used.  The size of the finished cards that I made here are 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches, but as I found out there are many different sizes of slim line cards.  So you can use whatever you are comfortable with!

The first card is using this red floral paper from the kit as well as some stickers.  I used the stamp in the kit and embossed it directly to the paper. Then I finished it with some gold sequins.

I then made this card with some inks I had in my stash.  I inked the top in a lighter blue then the bottom with dark blue.  I used the stencil from the kit and same dark ink to add the fun pattern.  Since they were both distress inks I sprinkled some water to give some water marks.  I made the little card with the sentiment, and arranged it popped up with the tag sticker on the card directly.  I then sprinkled with some watered down white acrylic paint, added stickers and finished with the wood grain sequins from the mix.

For the final card I used the sweet pear paper and how can you not make a card with this paper and not throw in a pun!  So I fussy cut some pears and popped them up over some other pears on the paper for the card.  I stamped my sentiment with a dark brown ink and used the alphas from the kit to finish the sentiment.  Then I used the teal, green sequins to finish the card.

I hope you enjoyed these sweet cards and they inspire you to make some of your own.  If you make anything thing with any of our kits, please post to our {Not} Just For Boys Kit Club Community Facebook group and using the following hashtags on Instagram: #njfb #notjustforboyskitclub #wild (or whatever kit you are working with).  We would love to see what you create!
