{Relax We’re on Camp Time} using the “Woodsman” Deluxe Theme Kit
Hello friends! I’m so excited to share a layout I made using the “Woodsman” Deluxe Theme Kit. I have been wanting to use my older photos from before I started scrapbooking and I found this picture of my oldest son with his dad at the cabin.
I cut the buffalo plaid and the wood slice paper and mounted them on a sheet of black cardstock. I adhered a piece of the twine trim down the seam of the two papers. I used one piece from the cut apart sheet to use as my title. At the cabin we always used to make sure we never set the clocks so we wouldn’t be bothered by what time it was, so that particular sentiment seemed perfect for this layout.
My son was just wandering all over the woods around the cabin just exploring and seeing what there was to see, so I cut apart some of the words from the “Wander Words” paper and adhered them down the line of trim. The words wander, explore, cabin and get dirty really did my journaling for me here.
I thought these buffalo plaid wood hearts (they are an add-on in the shop) were just perfect! I adhered the cluster of three under my photo and the single one just above.
I just had to add some black Nuvo drops and this layout was complete. They are my favorite finishing touch.
Please share your layouts using this great kit with us on the {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club Facebook group. I’d love to see! You can find me on Instagram at joybells_scraps.
