{BRAVE} Using the "Woodsman" Deluxe Theme Kit

Hello!!! Jennifer here, sharing my first layout for November using the "Woodsman" Deluxe Theme Kit. This is a double 8 1/2 X 11 layout design.
This {WOODSMAN} kit is perfect for outdoor pictures of a little boy. I happened to have a few birthday photoshoot photos left of my son at 2 years old that I hadn't scrapped yet. He was born on Valentine's Day so he is usually wearing red in his birthday photos, it worked perfectly.
For the title "BRAVE" I used a cardstock cut that is available in the shop. I colored it with Nuvo drops that are also available for purchase in the shop. I backed it in gray to match but first outlined it in black to make it pop. I also placed it on play foam so it is popped up slightly. The buffalo plaid wood veneer hearts are available in the shop.
To the right side I placed a 4x6 photo and on the bottom of it added a few little stickers and completed the title. I used the thickers that came in the kit but first inked them in black since the wood wasn't popping enough for me. Making the products work for me is one of my favorite things to do. Don't be afraid to paint or ink something to make it match more for you and your design.
For balance and design purposes I usually added an extra cluster in the middle of the layout. The "rough and tumble" is that extra cluster in this layout.  The top right cluster is to balance the top part of the layout. "Wild at Heart" was perfect for my Valentine's boy. I put Nuvo drops on the wood veneer stars to make them match the green tree. Final touch was adding in Nuvo drops around each cluster.
