{Streets of Savannah} Using the June Premium Kit

Hi!  Sarah here with my first layout using the June premium kit.  When I saw the patterned paper with the shutter doors on it, I knew exactly what to document.

In 2018, I went on a weekend trip with my best friend to Savannah, Georgia.  We spent all weekend walking around the downtown area and it's so gorgeous!  The paper with the shutter doors was perfect to show the feel of the area.  I cut down the paper and featured a full row along the bottom of the page.  I wanted to be sure to also feature the embellishing on the notebook paper on the right side of the layout.

I used a mix of the Thickers from the kit and some October Afternoon Mini Market alphabet stickers to create the title.  I also loved the geotags on the chipboard sticker sheet from the kit.  The large floral chipboard also perfectly highlighted the right side of the layout and helped ground my journaling.

I used a chipboard sticker and a stamp from the stamp set to help embellish the shutters on the bottom.  I also used the Nuvo drops (for the first time).  I used them just like I would use enamel dots and I love the way they turned out.

I loved the die cut from the kit that says "Sometimes all you need is a weekend and a good idea."  It was the perfect sentiment for the layout!
