{School Dance} Using May's Premium "Good Vibes" Kit

Hi!  Sarah here with my first layout using the May premium kit.  I immediately wanted to use the paper airplane paper to document something school related.  As I flipped through my photos, I found these pictures from when my daughter went to her first school dance.  She wore a beautiful yellow dress, which went perfectly with that paper!

I used a notebook punch to create a border along the left side of the yellow paper.  And a thin strip of pink washi tape, also from my stash, helped to separate the papers and create a seam.

I love the Thickers from the kit!  I also pulled some Mini Market alphas from my stash to help finish the title so it didn't take up too much space.  The "OMG" from the die-cut pack was perfect!

I used some Tim Holtz distress ink to create some texture behind the photos with the stencil from the kit.  I love the subtle way it turned out.

I cut a frame from one of the patterned papers in the kit to house my journaling.  Adding the stamped image was a perfect little detail.

I absolutely love this layout and it will be perfect for my daughter's middle school album!
