{Family Photographs} Using the Faded Concrete Limitless Kit

Happy New Year scrappy friends! I hope everyone is off to a great start to their 2025 scrappy goals! I am up today with my first project using the new "Faded Concrete" Limitless Kit. For this one I was totally inspired to just use all the bits and pieces that were in the 49 & Market "Moonlit Garden" Ephemera pack. There are a ton to choose from so I started with a white cardstock background and built up tons of layers! 

I used 3 of the larger tabbed pieces and layer them out horizontally across the background then mapped out where I wanted to do my mixed media. I used some Distress Oxide Ink in "Weathered Wood" and a stencil from my stash to add some color to the white background. 

Next I added some other layering pieces tucking them around the main three pieces of the background. I used one of the frames and cut it in hals and tucked it behind as well leaving it open. I loved the floral piece of ephemera that was in the pack so I cut it into pieces and used a punch from my stash to punch the scalloped edge for even more texture and placed those pieces edging my photo. 

I pulled more smaller pieces from the pack, like the stitched hearts and the butterfly to embellish the page. There were three words that could be used as titles pieces so I chose to use the Family word as my title and dug and found the little subtitle that said photographs that was a perfect match! 

There are just so many options to choose from for many different looks in this one pack. It really does help to stretch your kit by being able to make one whole layout just using it and a single sheet of cardstock! 

I tucked in some more bits and tabs and brought the heart elements around the page by making three embellishment clusters that included them. This little circle tab was just perfect for my image. 

To finish it off I used some of the Nuvo Vintage Drops and applied them to my clusters. I just adore the soft colors of this layout and the way it captures all the feels of my image. I hope you will join me in the Facebook Group on the 15th when I create with the kit again LIVE!
