{Fall Festivals} Using the “Rad” Limitless Kit

Have you seen this month’s amazing kits? Jessica here, and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them! I’ve created a layout using the “Rad” Limitless Kit and some of the add-ons from the “Harvest Plaid” Page kit! These kits were just perfect to document a photo of my son and I’s favorite tractor at the fall Tractor Show we go to!

I started this layout by pulling out a sheet of patterned paper in the Rad limitless kit by Paper Rose Studio. I then used an exacto knife and cutting mat to cut the sun rays from the patterned paper, using the starburst pattern as my guide. I then distressed the edges and adhered to the blue distressed patterned paper in the kit. I use some Easy Tear Tape from Thermoweb to adhere to the paper. Then I just bent up the edges a bit to make some dimension to the rays. I tucked in some of the trim from the Harvest Plaid kit to my rays to complete the challenge for this month and adhered with some Nuvo glue.

Next, I matted my photo with black cardstock from my stash and distressed the edges. I then set that aside and laid the Fall acrylic piece on my layout(from the Harvest Plaid Kit Add Ons) and splattered across my page with white paint by Dylusions. I wanted my acrylic title to have splatters on it, but not my photo. After the splatters somewhat dried, I placed my photo down with some 3D foam tape, and then adhered my fall title piece with the Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive from the shop.

I finished my title by coloring the alphas from the kit with a copic marker in a coordinating shade and used the Nuvo glue to reinforce to my layout. I then typed and printed out some journaling strips and adhered my date stamp as well.

Lastly, I added those amazing puffy stars, the star die cuts, and sequins from the kit and splattered more white onto them! I absolutely love how this one came together, and so quickly!

I have a process video on my YouTube if you'd like to watch:
