{Auction Night} Using the "What a Man" Page Kit

Hello Everyone, Jennifer here sharing my first layout of October. Can you believe it's October? I created a double 8 1/2x11 page layout using the new release {WHAT A MAN} page kit

I choose to use these old photos of my dad Auctioneering. He was a professional auctioneer my whole life. He was very good at it and was very well known. People enjoyed coming to watch him even if they weren't interested in buying anything they enjoyed his humor and charming personality. The photos aren't the best but they are all we have before he retired because he was terminally ill.

I started with the stencil and Shimmerz paints on the white cardstock background.

I also did splatters in black and navy. I matted all the photos in white cardstock. I placed a little close up photo of my dad in one of the sticker frames. I used two photos on the left and three on the right. My title is thicker chipboard letters from my stash.

I used lots of stickers to create clusters. I added in words and used a Pinkfresh pack of mini letters from a past kit. I believe this pack of alphas is still available in the al a carte section. It matches this kit perfectly. I added the auction place and my dad's name.

For my finishing touches I added in sequins and gears in wood veneer that I painted with Shimmerz, metal ones from my stash, and the acrylic ones from the al a carte section. The wood veneer arrows are from a past kit also. The red border is cardstock that I inked black.
