{Beach Blastoffs} Using the “Epic” Page Kit

 

Hello everyone! Jessica here, sharing another layout featuring this month's "Epic" page kit!

I decided to do some heavy mixed media with this layout since this kit included a lovely Shimmerz Creameez shade in Dandy Lion that would be just perfect for these funny pictures of my kids at the beach recently! I started with applying Gesso to my white cardstock from the kit to give a good mixed media base and then started adding the Creameez with water along with some distress oxides for the blue part. I then splattered with white to give it a marble effect!

Next for my photos and embellishments! I used chipboard elements and matching sequins from this kit and have also included a paper cut out that looked like bubbles to me so I thought it would be perfect on my background! I also added one of the round acrylics as an embellishment too as they are so fun!

I finished it off by adding my title with some letters from my stash and more sequins and embellishments from the kit!
