{Dream} Using The “Tranquility” Page Kit

Hello my friends! I have got a fun layout for you today using the “Tranquility” Page Kit and I am just in love with the soothing and muted colors in this kit.

I made my layout using the February Recipe Challenge from the {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club Facebook Community. If you haven’t joined the group yet, I would encourage you to do so. There’s so much inspiration to be had there.

I had three 4x4 photos of each of my kids sleeping that I’ve wanted to use for years. I placed them vertically on my page and used strips of patterned paper to each side.

I used watercolor to splatter my layout and used the text stamp from the set included in the kit. I adhered the Dream acrylic piece (an add-on to this kit) in the lower left corner as my title.

I used some pieces from the DIY Tag Pack to place tags on both sides of my photos. Tags are one of my favorite elements to use on layouts.

To finish up the recipe, I used a star stamp from my stash and the silver hole reinforcers from the DIY Tag Pack.

I felt that my layout was missing something. I placed a 12” section of the trim along the edge of my photos and it looked perfect. I felt it was the perfect finish.

Thanks for coming to take a look at my layout using this beautiful kit. Please share your layouts with us on the {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club Facebook Community. I love the inspiration found there, and on Instagram with the following hashtags: #njfb #notjustforboyskitclub #tranquility (or whichever kit you are using)

I’ll have more layouts for you soon using another great kit.
