{The Great Teen Glare} Using the January "Renewed" Premium Kit

Hey everyone!  I am here today using January's Renewed kit, documenting a time we are experiencing with our 12 (soon to be 13) year old.  The glare.  How many of you have experienced the same thing?  This is a look we see most often than not.  And we are constantly reminding ourselves that it's just a phase...just a phase...just a phase...

The graffiti paper in the kit was the perfect teenager theme and I toned it down a little with some black papers, also in the kit.  The white notebook paper is from my stash.

I used the puffy word stickers to help my title.  I picked out the letters I needed and created the words I wanted, instead of using them as whole words.  Make your products work for you!  The "Teen" die cut is from my stash, along with the PERFECT eye roll die cut.

I used a navy tag from the kit for my journaling and grabbed some Tim Holtz snarky word strips.  The 

"Currently" is from the same package as the other puffy stickers from the kit...I used these as intended this time.

To finish off, I used some yellow enamel dots from my stash and I love the way this one turned out!  When I showed it to my daughter...I got a glare...and then a smirk.  I'll call that a win.
