{Choose To Be Happy} using "Vivid" Premium kit

Hello!!! Jennifer here, sharing my second layout for September using the "Vivid" Premium Kit. This is an 8 1/2x11 layout design.

I started by looking through the ephemera pack, I picking out matching items that could be layered for clusters. I fussy cut some of the items to make them work for my layout. I chose matching papers and a tan cardstock from my stash for the background.

I tore papers to attach to the top of my layout. I did a simple hand stitch at the top of the layout as well. Then I backed my photo and distressed its edges.

Next, I decided my background was kind of plain so I added copper leaves with a stencil and Nuvo drops  (available in the a la carte section of the store).  I added light splatters in white, black and brown acrylic paint which I watered down. I used the stamps to add words in the mix of leaves and splatters. I made three cluster areas and added in the pearl gems as a final touch.
